Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Freight & Large Item Shipping
Couches and other oversized furniture are shipped via freight carriers. These deliveries may require appointment scheduling. The freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time window.
Please ensure someone 18+ is present at the time of delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@moderncouchstore.com with photos and details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Stair carries and tight-space deliveries may incur extra fees or require advanced coordination.
